Job vacancy: Helpdesk and Systems Administrator

Salary £18k – £20k per annum (dependent on experience) with pension (due to be introduced April 2015) and other benefits.

In order to consolidate this growth and prepare the business for further expansion, we are recruiting for the position of Helpdesk and Systems Administrator

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the successful candidate will provide support for the IT systems and data management aspects of our operation.  The candidate will need to be conversant with Microsoft Office technology and be able to provide support with our internal network and hardware requirements. The candidate will also work with our development team to assist with implementation of new products, and will be responsible for maintaining the large amount of data required for the provision of our contract hire, leasing and vehicle management offer. The role would suit someone who is interested, or currently working in, the vehicle management industry and who has an enthusiasm for technology. For the right candidate, there will be opportunities for further progression as the business implements its exciting plans for rapid growth and entry into new markets.

Duties include:

  • ICT Support.
  • Uploading of residual value and maintenance information
  • Administration of new vehicle pricing records
  • Administration of customer records and updates
  • Working with developers and management on requirements gathering
  • Assistance with hardware maintenance and consumables supply
  • Supply and analysis of data to monitor our competitive position

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

  • Computer literate/keyboard skills
  • Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with database concepts and ideally, SQL
  • Time management and ability to prioritise

Intellectual Demands

  • Must have minimum 5 ‘O’ level/GCSE’s including Maths and English
  • Must be able to deal with technical product information
  • Ability to challenge procedures to find new and more effective ways of operating
  • Attention to detail with regard to data integrity

Job vacancy: Technical Services Administrator

Salary £20k – £25k per annum (dependent on experience) with pension (due to be introduced April 2015) and other benefits.

In order to consolidate this growth and prepare the business for further expansion, we are inviting applications for the position of Technical Services Administrator.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the successful candidate will provide support for many aspects of our operation.  The candidate will need to have a maintenance control background and be very competent in IT systems…  The position would suit someone who is looking to make the move from Maintenance Controller to a wider Operations role encompassing maintenance control, rental management, customer service, and supplier management along with some IT systems responsibility.  For the right candidate, there will be opportunities for further progression as the business implements its exciting plans for rapid growth and entry into new markets.

Duties include:

  • Production of EDI to suppliers
  • Implementation of new customer accounts
  • Assistance with new supplier implementations
  • Maintenance authorisations
  • Supporting the rental desk with bookings and new accounts
  • Production of supplier and customer Management Information

Job vacancy: Web Developer

Salary £25 – £30k per annum (dependent on experience) with pension (due to be introduced April 2015) and other benefits.

In order to support our ambitious product release schedule, we are inviting applications for a Web Developer position.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the successful candidate will provide further web development on our customer facing dashboard and vehicle management systems, as well as implementation of forthcoming products and systems. The candidate will need to have experience of requirements gathering, deployment and implementation, using Windows technology. The position would suit an enthusiastic individual, who is looking to become involved in an extensive range of varied product launches, and offers the potential to develop using the latest technologies and systems.
